As you may have seen in our press release, Intelledox recently announced our acquisition by Smart CommunicationsTM, the leading cloud-based platform for enterprise customer communications. So what does this mean for our customers, partners, and potential clients? In time our customers will be more empowered to deliver meaningful next-generation conversations throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to servicing, and every interaction in between.
The Intelledox platform adds a slick, seamless customer interaction layer to the Smart Communications Conversation Cloud, which not only enhances use cases for both but creates net new game-breaking solutions.
Being part of the Smart Communications business will allow Intelledox to better deliver the best-in-class, two-way customer conversations throughout the entire customer journey. Smart Communications’ acquisition of Intelledox is a strong fit for both companies. Kaspar Roos, Founder of Aspire, a consulting firm specializing in the CCM and digital customer experience (DCX) industries said that “This acquisition boosts Smart Communications’ mobile forms and enrollment-type workflow capabilities, while it provides much broader sales opportunities to Intelledox who sees most of its success today in the Australian and US markets.”
In a blog covering the acquisition, industry analyst Jim Lundy of Aragon Research pointed out that the reason Smart Communications bought Intelledox is that the workflow and content automation (WCA) category is growing fast and Intelledox is one of the fastest-growing WCA providers.
