Board Members

Terry Winters, Chairperson

Terry is an Australian business icon. He is a strategic leader with over 30 years of international business experience and has worked in senior executive roles in multinational, national and non-profit organizations.

Terry founded Optus Communications and served as its chief executive officer. He has served as a board member and chairperson across a diverse range of organizations, including Motorola, Seeing Machines, Future Fibre Technologies, Multiple Sclerosis and Opportunity International Network.

Terry is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Phillip Williamson, Executive Director

A software entrepreneur with a talent for predicting the future direction of technological innovation, Phillip is an Executive Board Member. He also holds the titles of Co-Founder & Chief Innovator of Intelledox.

In 2013, under his leadership, Intelledox opened its first offices in New York and London, expanded to 150 customer sites across four continents, grew its North American business by 80 percent and signed its first key Singapore government client.

Phillip has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the Australian National University.

 

 

Michelle Melbourne, Executive Director

Michelle Melbourne is a Digital Disruptor, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Intelledox. Michelle has over 20 years of digital transformation experience, helping clients around the globe achieve their business goals.

She is a recipient of the Telstra and ACT Government’s Small Business Award and the Telstra and ACT Government’s Businesswoman of the Year Award.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University.

David Leslie, Non-Executive Director

David joined Ellerston Capital in 2005 and most recently has been the Investment Director for the Ellerston Ventures Fund. David has over 20 years’ experience in technology and investment markets, as a researcher, analyst, and investor. He has extensive experience in the technology, gaming and consumer sectors with investment responsibility for public and private investments.

In his role as Investment Director, David leads the investment process, due diligence and negotiations with investees, as well as reporting to investors. David is the Chairman of Better Caring and a Director of Hipages, LiteracyPlanet and an Alternative Director of Friendsurance Australia.

David holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (since 1992, RMIT University).

Zac Rosenberg, Non-Executive Director

Zac Rosenberg founded Capital Zed in 2014, with a view towards investing in best-in-class, high-growth companies across Australia, Asia and US. Capital Zed’s portfolio today consists of around 12 companies, many of which are based outside Australia.

Zac has over 20 years’ experience in investment markets, predominantly in M&A and capital markets. Prior to starting Capital Zed, Zac worked for various investment banks in senior corporate finance roles in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Melbourne.

As well as his role at Intelledox, Zac serves as Non-Executive Director for Ingogo, Unleashed Software, Predictive Hire, Candy Club and The Influential Network. He also acts as an Advisor to a number of companies in Australia and Asia.

Vesmond Wong, Board Observer

Vesmond is the founder of IT infrastructure company Cavu Corp, a leading IT infrastructure service provider that offered a full range of enterprise solutions.

Vesmond’s strong IT background and business acumen played a key role in Cavu Corp being recognized and awarded as one of the Fastest Growing 50 SMEs in 2007 by DP Information Group in Singapore. Cavu Corp was acquired in 2007 by MediaRing, a SGX-listed company.

Prior to founding Cavu Corp, Vesmond was country general manager at Vanda Systems in Singapore. Under his stewardship, Vanda Systems was named IBM Business Partner of the Year from 1995 to 1999.

Executive Team

Ray Kiley, Chief Executive Officer

Ray provides organizational leadership and directs all aspects of the company’s day to day operations.

Ray has over 25 years of executive leadership and experience in successfully managing and growing companies. Prior to joining Intelledox Ray was instrumental in setting up and expanding operations for a range of global technology and data focused businesses.

Recently, in his role as COO at CoreLogic, Ray extensively worked with analytics for insurance, mortgage finance firms and the public sector. Previously as COO of Medibank Health Solutions, he streamlined the operations across Australia and New Zealand. Ray has also held various roles at Telstra for over a decade, most recently as Director, Business Integration, IT.

Ray is also a Director of Barnardos Australia – one of the leading child protection charities in Australia.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science and Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree both from The Australian National University.

Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt, COO & CFO

Chris has the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Finance Officer at Intelledox. He brings with him a significant amount of global corporate experience, having led finance and operations teams in multi-national blue chip organizations, ASX listed businesses, SME’s as well as start-ups to deliver competitive edge and drive business success.

Chris has experience in technology, media, infrastructure and professional service organizations with a keen focus on businesses with digital/data at their core. He has nurtured organizations through dynamic growth phases, mergers and acquisitions, and turn-around situations.

Prior to joining Intelledox, Chris was COO at Adshel where under his leadership, the company grew revenue and profit by 60% over 4 years. He is also a Non-Executive Director at Community Care Northern Beaches (CCNB), a not-for-profit, community-based organization that supports individuals, families, and carers to navigate the health and social care system.

Chris is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences/Microbiology.

Andy Castle, Executive Vice President, Asia & EMEA

Andy Castle is a highly experienced management and business professional who excels in driving corporate growth and global expansion.

Prior to joining Intelledox, Andy was COO at network security management company Protocom Development Systems. His leadership and drive were crucial in the company’s growth and global expansion, and he played a pivotal role in the business’s successful acquisition by NASDAQ-listed ActivIdentity in late 2005. After working on the integration of the businesses, Andy then assumed the role of General Manager and Vice President – Asia Pacific in the consolidated business which he ran successfully for a further 5 years to early 2011.

Andy is a Chartered Accountant with eight years of experience working with Price Waterhouse both in Australia and overseas as well as senior management roles at Gatorade Australia and Luken & May. He is also on the Board and a Treasurer of two arts-based organizations: M16 Artspace and Jigsaw Theatre Company.

Andy graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Bart Crowther profile image

Bart Crowther, Executive Vice President, Australia & New Zealand

Bart joins Intelledox as Vice President Australia and New Zealand, where he will be leading the growth of the Australia and New Zealand markets. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in sales and management in several other IT and Software organizations.

With experience in driving the growth of several companies working with workplace management and business process improvement technology, Bart will be a perfect fit to head up this next phase of growth for Intelledox. His passion for true customer centricity leads every engagement process and is zealous about delivering sustainable value for his clients.

Prior to joining Intelledox, Bart held positions as Regional Sales Manager of Oracle Aconex, as well as a strong history in sales management positions at Avoka, Insight Enterprises and Fujitsu.

Michelle Melbourne, Co-Founder

Michelle Melbourne is a Digital Disruptor, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Intelledox. She manages Intelledox’s team and culture to drive company growth.

Michelle has over 20 years of business experience, growing Intelledox from a local IT company into a global software vendor. She has won awards such as the Telstra and ACT Government’s Small Business Award and the Telstra and ACT Government’s Young Businesswoman of the Year Award.

She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a foundation member of the ACT division of the Australian Information Industry Association, a Committee member of the ACT.NET cluster, Board Member of the Canberra Business Council, Deputy Chair at Canberra Institute of Technology and Advisory Board Member at Royal Australian Mint.

Michelle graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology).

Rodney Frye, President, North America

As President, North America, Rodney is responsible for leading Intelledox’s sales and support operations as well as leading the go-to-market strategy for targeted industry and industry segments for Intelledox’s flagship product – Infiniti.

Rodney has over 27 years’ experience in successfully bringing products to the North America market. Most recently, Rodney served as VP, North America Sales Operations at Thunderhead where he was part of the leadership team that successfully brought and established the brand as a leader in the Customer Engagement market in North America.

Rodney holds a B.A. Business Administration, Data Processing and Analysis from McCombs Business School, University of Texas, at Austin and has been trained in Solution Selling, Dale Carnegie Selling and Sales Psychology.

Neal Keene

Neal Keene - Executive Vice President, Strategy and Partner Alliances

Neal is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Partner Alliances at Intelledox, a provider of digital transaction management software committed to helping organizations re-imagine and transform their customer experience.

Neal has more than 25 years of experience helping businesses – especially those in insurance and financial services – to modernize their customer communication and business process tools to take advantage of digital innovation. Having worked with a range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, Neal has deep experience in strategic product planning, business development, industry solutions and analyst relations. Prior to joining Intelledox, Neal held executive positions at Pitney-Bowes Software, Thunderhead Inc., and EMC Document Sciences.

Clinton Brown - Head of Product

An accomplished technologist with a successful sales career, Clinton has natural business acumen and a drive to give customers an advantage.

As Head of Product, Clinton is responsible for all products Intelledox takes to market including the flagship Infiniti platform.

Clinton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from The Australian National University and has over 15 years international experience in the Enterprise Software industry. Skills and experience across software development and information management enables him to effectively translate business issues into technical solutions and to clearly articulate the value of IT to the business.
