Intelledox and TIBCO provide optimum connectivity allowing the creation of one-stop portals, linking citizens and enterprises and streamlining the routing of data and information across various systems and databases.

This is done through the integration of Intelledox to TIBCO’s enterprise service bus (ESB). While the native connectivity of Intelledox allows integration to virtually and system or database, TIBCO’s ESB allows the document generation software to connect to a single platform. This enhances the push and pull capability of Intelledox, allowing it to collect data and generate documents and transport it to the correct location in the correct output via the ESB.

The Intelledox smart web forms, combined with TIBCO’s business process management (BPM) architecture, enhances business and customer interaction by allowing the use of the most up to date organizational data and a streamlined workflow management process.

Using a dynamic and intuitive framework, Intelledox smart web forms are able to collect the most accurate data from users, which are essential in processes such as complaints management and freedom of information requests.

The forms, once completed are pushed back to the appropriate organizational area for further action via the TIBCO BPM engine’s integration with Intelledox.
