The Intelledox web service enables two-way communications with existing LOB systems – CRM, databases, spreadsheets – allowing Intelledox to schedule information requests for nightly or hourly batch document processing.

Before each batch run, Intelledox triggers a data collect and merge from all the relevant databases.  The collected information – name, address, notice details, etc. – can be automatically processed for any potential errors, keeping distribution costs and resource utilization down. Any erroneous records are separated from the “process now” queue and moved to a queue that requires manual authorization, before they are distributed.

These notification letters can be distributed to multiple outputs;

• Stored as a document - pdf / word / etc. 
• Corporate electronic document management system for later recall.
• Print ready for print house (postscript) or mass mail distribution (ftp). 
• Directly printed to the local printer.
• Attached to an Email.
