Intelledox integrates with other systems at different stages of document lifecycle; existing third party applications can call Intelledox to trigger document creation as part of a process or workflow. For example, a document could be generated from a custom-built application or website.
While generating a document Intelledox can retrieve data from a variety of systems or data stores. Intelledox may retrieve data from a variety of systems to generate a single document.
Possible data stores include:
- ODBC/OLEDB data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle or DB2
- RSS feeds
- XML Web Services
- Custom data provider (an adapter can be plugged in to handle data).
