Our consultants work with you through several phases to ensure a successful outcome.

Firstly, our consultants will clearly define your business and project objectives, scope, expectations, roles and responsibilities of project stakeholders, budget, schedule, resourcing and strategy for managing communication, change, and risk.

Installation of our document creation solution will be discussed early in the project to ensure potential issues are resolved prior to roll out.

Staff training also commences early in the project to provide ample opportunity for staff to become acquainted with the system.

Our expert product consultants engage with the business unit to commence a thorough review of the business requirements. Once analysis has been completed then product consultants and client business experts will commence designing the solution.

Roll out or the “Go Live” phase occurs during the closing stages of the project, ensuring that the system is ready for deployment to a production environment. During this phase, our support team remains on stand-by to assist with any last minute issues that may arise during cutover to a production environment. This phase also includes a formal sign-off by the key project stakeholders and a post implementation review.
