Canberra Australia – 8 February 2011 - Australian software developer Intelledox Pty Ltd today announced that Terry Winters (FAICD), Chairman of Netcomm Limited and former Director of Optus Communications Pty Ltd, has accepted the role of Chairman of the Board of the company as of January 1, 2011.
Widely known and respected as a capable and strategic leader with an exceptional track record of building highly effective businesses, Terry joins Intelledox at a pivotal point in the company’s evolution. Building on record revenue growth, and a recent listing in the BRW Fast 100 in 2010, Intelledox Pty Ltd continues to grow an outstanding international customer portfolio of tier 1 government and corporate clients. As chairman of the Board, Terry will lead the strategic vision for the company, and in partnership with the Intelledox Board and executive team will actively support the global expansion and sustainable revenue growth for the business.
