Charts
Add charts to your generated documents via the Intelledox platform. Our new charting feature allows users to include any standard chart types to their documents to assist in presenting data with the use of a visual diagram. Use charts in your documents to assist in analyzing data and to present a more compelling look at your organization's data driven reports.
Bar Codes
Add bar codes to an Intelledox generated document, and take advantage of the latest developments in digital imaging technologies, allowing users a more dynamic approach to automating document centric processes and deliver tight integration to existing information management systems. Intelledox provides support for all industry standard 1D and 2D bar codes, allowing users even more flexibility in document generation. This functionality is particularly useful for applications in the government and healthcare sectors, where the use of bar codes is an integral part of the management of customer or patient data.
File uploads
Uploading additional files directly to the Intelledox document generation engine is now just a click away. The addition of this convenient feature allows users to add and attach additional files to a document generation process, directly from their own data repositories. With formal workflow and approval processes added to this functionality, the Intelledox Producer wizard now provides this dynamic feature as an integral part of the document creation process.
Content Library Management
Intelledox V7 includes a richer management tool for content items. The content library now includes workflow, version control, publish dates, expiry dates, and a full audit trail. The accessibility and storage also has been improved to include using EDRMS as the repository including Sharepoint, TRIM, Filenet, Objective and many other systems.
Native Language Support
Intelledox V7 now features improved support for international languages, allowing users the ability to customize the Intelledox platform to provide user interaction in their local language. The Intelledox system is now available in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Dutch, French, German and Italian. This extends existing language support functionality, where Intelledox can be configured to support language-dependent processes and automatically generate outputs in a range of languages. This delivers a more user-friendly, and personalized experience for the Intelledox platform.
Bulk Generation
The new Intelledox V7 includes project queuing, queue management, start and stop project runs, routing, error management, error reporting as well as significant improvements in performance. For organizations using bulk generation (both managed and system generated), Intelledox V7 has a much richer interface (web services and API), sophisticated data connectors and has the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous data connectors (both read and write).
All bulk generation is managed through the producer interface allowing non-technical people to schedule, manage and verify a bulk run, manage errors, verify data integrity, and manage output into multiple formats.
Speed, performance, error reporting and management
Intelledox V7 has had significant work on improving performance for bulk generation and output management. The system can scale to generate many millions of documents per day, and has undergone significant stress testings and performance evaluations. The system has also improved error management and reporting - allowing users to decide what to do in the event of an error (stop the run, continue the run, pass on a single document) - all reported in real time to the manager.
