Smart Web Forms

The Intelledox “Smart Web Form” is a user-friendly, public-facing web interface that displays a dynamic question-and-answer wizard to the user. Users are presented with a series of intuitive prompt questions and are guided by the system to provide necessary information to request a service, submit a claim, make a complaint, or register for a product or service. Intelledox smart web forms can be deployed externally via a public website, to a selected audience via secure portal, or internally to staff via an intranet.

The web-based interface allows Intelledox to also support the full range of smart-devices including Apple iPad and iPhone, Android OS-powered devices and other Windows-based smart devices.

Intelledox & SharePoint: A Total Document Solution

The Intelledox team worked extensively with SharePoint and have developed an extensible web services suite that allows for seamless integration with document management systems (DMS) such as SharePoint. When paired with a DMS, Intelledox provides an end-to-end solution for document creation and storage.

Integration of Intelledox with SharePoint follows a common integration scenario and results in a creation of an end to end document solution provided by two complementary technologies. Intelledox has achieved this functionality through the SharePoint integration module, known as a ‘Delivery Provider’, that allows Intelledox to pass generated documents in various formats to SharePoint.

Intelledox and TIBCO Integration

Intelledox and TIBCO feature two complementary technologies that maximize the efficiency and outputs of the existing business systems in an organization. Through Intelledox and TIBCO, businesses and governments are able to provide timely, two way and up to date communications to its customers and its staff.

Intelledox smart web forms, combined with TIBCO’s BPM engine, bring organization-customer interactions to the next level. The pairing of these two corresponding technologies provides an effective, efficient way of managing a two-way interaction between an organization and its customers.

Intelledox and TRIM Integration

The Intelledox scalable document generation solution now provides integration into TRIM RDMS, a sophisticated records management system used extensively in government and corporate circles. Intelledox support for TRIM RDMS is provided via ‘delivery provider’ that passes relevant document data and formatting as required. The Intelledox-TRIM solution provides significant business benefits including usability, time and cost savings, and leverages existing investment in document management.
