Intelledox Smart Web Forms

The Intelledox document generation interface consists of a “smart web form” which is created by administrators within Intelledox Producer. This allows administrators to publish a project dynamically to a web interface for use by internal staff via the organization's intranet, or (as an option) externally, to other users via an external facing web site.

The web-based interface allows Intelledox to also support the full range of smart-devices including Apple iPad and iPhone, Android OS-powered devices and other Windows-based smart devices.

Intelledox Smart Web Forms Module

The Intelledox smart web forms module is a user-friendly, public-facing interface that displays dynamic questions to the user, via an organization's website. Users are presented with a series of intuitive prompt questions and are guided by the system to provide necessary information to create a document.

Put simply – the Intelledox smart web form facilitates the easy collection of data. Captured data is stored and/or used to create documents. For document generation, Intelledox pre-populates requested documents using newly acquired information, along with existing corporate data, legal disclosure content and dynamic business rules.

The smart web form is also dynamic in presentation; the XML rules engine allows administrators to create conditional rule sets, allowing content to be presented or hidden based on the specific answers to prompt questions.

For example: to the question ‘are you married or in a relationship?’ a ‘yes’ answer will dynamically present a series of additional questions to capture further details regarding the user’s partner. Similarly, if the answer to the question is ‘no’, the Intelledox rules engine dynamically ‘hides’ irrelevant additional questions.

Additionally, the smart web forms facilitates the collection of data to update existing line of business systems (using XML or direct access). This data can be pushed back into the line-of-business systems for use at a later date.

Following data collection, the Intelledox Engine dynamically builds documents to the required specifications, usually in a few seconds.

Using smart web forms, Intelledox can provide an intuitive, easy to use external smart web forms to allow customers, partners and other interested parties to provide data, update details, or apply for services. This reduces staff workload involved in data capture, and significantly improves productivity.
