CEO

Mr Williamson is a software entrepreneur with a gift at spotting the next big thing. He saw immediately the global opportunities for the idea that became Intelledox. He is obsessive about using technology to meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations.

Before he became the CEO of Intelledox, Mr Williamson founded a bespoke software development company, DPM Consulting, where he spearheaded the creation of leading learning management software, Capabiliti, used by hundreds of thousands information workers around the world.

He has extensive experience in the IT industry in Hong Kong and south-east Asia where he has helped some of the largest companies in the world to improve their business processes through the use of clever technology.

Mr Williamson has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the Australian National University.

Director of Business Development

David has almost 40 years experience in the IT and related industries, in many different countries. He has lived in Australia for the past 23 years, working in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

David is a former director of The KAZ Group Pty Ltd, joining the company in 1992 and assisting its growth until it was sold to Telstra. He led the development of the company's continuous revenue growth throughout the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

David became Director of Business Development for Intelledox in 2007, after being impressed by the elegance of the Intelledox solution. He is spear-heading Intelledox's growth in the UK and south-east Asia.

General Manager

Ms Melbourne is a talented business professional with a knack for drawing people together to get things done.

Before joining Intelledox in 2004 she founded a highly successful event management company, picking up the Telstra and ACT Government's Small Business Award as well as winning for herself the Telstra and ACT Government's Businesswoman of the Year Award.

Ms Melbourne is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a foundation member of the ACT division of the Australian Information Industry Association, a Committee member of the ACT.NET cluster, and a Board Member of the Canberra Business Council.

She has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University.

Chief Marketing Officer

Phil is a seasoned global strategy and marketing executive, with significant experience in public, private, and government organizations across a range of sectors including information technology, health, mining, and retail. He has particularly deep experience in growing start-up businesses, commercialization of technology, and post acquisition integration of strategy and corporate communications. He is an experienced media spokesperson, persuasive communicator, and strong executive leader.

Phil is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and member of the Canberra Business Council’s marketing committee.

Phil holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology.

Professional Services Manager/General Manager

Mark van den Heuvel moved to Australia from the Netherlands in the 1990s. He joined Intelledox in 2001 where he quickly gained a reputation as an exemplary client relationship manager.

Under his leadership, Capabiliti - another product created by the Intelledox team - has become Australia's leading learning management software. He continues to drive the success of our client relationships for both Capabiliti and the Intelledox suite of products.

Lead Developer

Bruce Bowyer-Smyth is a talented developer with many years experience creating robust software that our clients can depend on. Bruce is particularly good at seeing through the obstacles to find a simple, logical and elegant solution.

As well as a Bachelor of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, he is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Product Manager

Chris Gabriel has been involved with the Intelledox document creation software from its very early inception. He is the chief architect and a major creative influence behind the software, constantly coming up with new features and better ways of doing things.

He has extensive experience in helping our clients solve their unique document creation issues. Chris is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
