Phillip Williamson
Chief Executive Officer
Phillip Williamson is a software entrepreneur with an eye for the development of innovative technologies. He recognized a need and a global opportunity for automated document generation – an idea which eventually became Intelledox.
Prior to becoming the CEO of Intelledox, Phillip founded DPM Consulting, a software development company. With DPM, he led the development of leading learning management software, Capabiliti LMS – a system which is used across the globe by hundreds of thousands of information workers.
With his breadth of knowledge and experience in the IT industry in Australia as well as South East Asia, Phillip has assisted some of world’s largest organizations make significant improvements in their business processes, through the use of advanced, innovative technology.

Andy Castle
Chief Operating Officer
Andy Castle is a highly experienced management and business professional who excels in driving corporate growth and global expansion.
Prior to joining Intelledox, Andy worked as the COO for a Canberra-based network security management company, Protocom Development Systems, since 2002. His leadership and drive was crucial in the company’s growth and global expansion, and played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of the business by the NASDAQ-listed US company ActivIdentity in late 2005. After working on the integration of the businesses he then assumed the role of General Manager and Vice President – Asia Pacific in the consolidated business which he ran successfully for a further 5 years to early 2011.
Andy is a Chartered Accountant with 8 years of experience working with Price Waterhouse both in Australia and overseas as well as senior management roles at Gatorade Australian and Luken & May. He is also on the Board and a Treasurer of 2 arts-based organizations - M16 Artspace and Jigsaw Theater Company. |

Michelle Melbourne
Executive Board Member / General Manager
Michelle Melbourne is a highly talented business professional with a knack of inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve personal and organizational goals.
Michelle has a background in Public Relations and Communications. She has won awards such as the Telstra and ACT Government’s Small Business Award and the Telstra and ACT Government’s Businesswoman of the Year Award.
Michelle credentials also include being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a foundation member of the ACT division of the Australian Information Industry Association; a Committee member of the ACT.NET cluster and is the Deputy Chair of the Canberra Business Council.

Michael Cliff
President – Intelledox North America & Europe
Michael Cliff has extensive Australian and international experience in business development, marketing and sales. Over the past 12 months, Michael has focused on opening the North American market and establishing a partner program for Intelledox. Michael has also undertaken consultancies on business development and growth, partner management, marketing and information management in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to undertaking these new activities Michael was a key member of the executive team with TOWER Software for 11 years. Working in sales and marketing, international business development and global marketing, Michael was a key contributor to the growth of the company over this period. During this time, Michael established the UK and Canadian offices and contributed to continued growth in the US while overseeing opportunities in South Africa, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore.
Prior to TOWER Software Michael occupied senior positions in the Australian Federal Government and was part of the commercialization process of one of a number of business units in the former Department of Administrative Services. Michael is also the CEO of a start-up company WhyWurry Internet Solutions, which provides valued services to consumers. |

Mark van den Heuvel
Professional Services Manager
Mark van den Heuvel moved to Australia from the Netherlands in the 1990s. He joined Intelledox in 2001, where he quickly secured a reputation as an excellent client relationship manager.
Under the leadership of Mark, Capabiliti LMS- a product also created by the Intelledox team - has become Australia's leading learning management software. Mark continues to drive the success of client relationships for both Capabiliti and the Intelledox suite of products. |

Bruce Bowyer-Smyth
Software Development Manager
Bruce Bowyer-Smyth is a talented developer with many years experience in creating high quality and consistently reliable software. Bruce is excellent at analysing business situations to develop an effective, workable solution.

Chris Gabriel
Product Manager
Chris Gabriel has been involved with the Intelledox automated document creation software from its very early inception. He is the chief architect and a major creative influence behind the software. Chris is constantly developing new features and more effective methods of operation, to ensure the highest level of software performance is maintained.
Chris is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has extensive experience in ensuring Intelledox clients solve their unique document creation issues. |
