Terry Winters

Chairman

Widely known and respected as a capable and strategic leader with a track record of founding and building highly effective businesses, Terry has over 30 years international business experience.  Terry has worked in senior executive roles across a range of multinational, national, and non-profit organisations. 

Notably, Terry led the creation of Optus Communications Pty Ltd, at that time Australia’s second telecommunications carrier. Terry has served as Board member and Chairman across of diverse range of organizations in recent years, including Future Fibre Technologies, Multiple Sclerosis Ltd, and Opportunity International Network Inc. 

Terry is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Phillip Williamson

CEO

Mr Williamson is a software entrepreneur with a talent for predicting the future direction of technological innovation.

Prior to becoming the CEO of Intelledox, Mr Williamson founded bespoke software development company, DPM Consulting. Here, he led the creation of leading learning management software, Capabiliti LMS, which is used by hundreds of thousands of information workers around the world.

Mr Williamson went on to recognize a global opportunity for the idea of automated document creation that was to become Intelledox. He remains focused on the development of technology, to further meet the needs of clients and exceed expectations.

Mr Williamson has extensive experience in the IT industry in Hong Kong and South-East Asia; he helped some of the largest companies in the world make considerable improvements to their business processes, through the use of clever technology.

Mr Williamson has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the Australian National University.

Michelle Melbourne

Executive Board Member

Ms Melbourne is a talented business professional with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve individual and organizational goals.

Before joining Intelledox in 2004, Ms Melbourne founded a highly successful event management company and was awarded the Telstra and ACT Government's Small Business Award, in addition to winning the Telstra and ACT Government's Businesswoman of the Year Award.

Ms Melbourne is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a foundation member of the ACT division of the Australian Information Industry Association; a Committee member of the ACT.NET cluster and Deputy Chair of the Canberra Business Council.

Ms Melbourne has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University.

Vesmond Wong

Executive Board Member

A pioneer founder of Cavu Corp Pty Ltd, Mr. Wong led the company from its beginnings in 2001 and built it into a leading IT infrastructure company. Cavu Corp offered innovative solutions to customers with different options in refurbished hardware, utility on-demand offerings and independent maintenance.

Vesmond’s strong IT background and business acumen, assisted Cavu Corp in being recognized and awarded as the Fastest Growing 50 SMEs in 2007 by DP Information Group in Singapore. Cavu Corp and acquired in 2007 by MediaRing, a SGX listed company.

Prior to Cavu Corp, Mr. Wong was the Country General Manager for Vanda Systems in Singapore. He was instrumental in setting up Vanda Systems as the ASEAN regional headquarters in 1995. Under his stewardship, Vanda Systems grew its business and received many major IBM awards. Vanda Systems was named "IBM Business Partner of the Year" from 1995 to 1999.
